Dynamic City based Insurance Company has an urgent requirement for a business * support analyst. You will be responsible for producing technical specifications and working very closely with the software developers to enhance and build on their existing systems. The successful applicant will have experience working within the insurance markets and must have a solid understanding of application support and systems analysis as well as the systems development process. On the technical front you will have 1-2 years application support experience as well as Microsoft Windows and Office and personally be a strong communicator with the ability to build relationships with technical colleagues, brokers and other support teams. This requirement is now urgent and I need to have a shortlist with my client ASAP
